How F45 works?
F45 is a concept that designed around three things: high-intensity interval training, circuit training, and functional training. With 27 different 45-minute workouts (and more currently in development), no two workouts will ever be the same. These training regimes were created based on over 3,000 different exercises. This combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle.

Our customised training workouts
F45 workouts are custom-made and not something you’ll do in a regular gym. The Templars workout, for example. In this move, you’ll buddy up with a friend and burn those fat cells. There’s the All Star, a gruelling resistance session using antagonistic muscle pairing techniques or Miami Nights – combining functional resistance, cardio and bodyweight movement patterns.
F45 vs. CrossFit
CrossFit is functional movements that constantly change, performed at high-intensity. The workouts combine movements that reflect aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, and rowing. The CrossFit program is driven by data. F45, on the other hand, is custom designed by the F45 Athletics Department.
