The importance of art
Art is more than just a painting on a wall. It’s important to us because it offers a chance to tell a story, share a message, or express something. It’s the purest form of creative human expression. Art matters and we believe in celebrating it like we do in our gallery. It bridges the gap between cultures and people. Take one of our paintings, Medicine Leaves. The Indigenous artist, Bernadine Johnson, brings beautiful vibes and colour to your home while giving an insight into her life. In another piece by David Moolooloo, he painted a turtle and barramundi at Rope River, NT. His attention to detail and colours depict this experience cleverly. Through art, you can enter the mind of the creative, seeing their ‘world.’
If you live in Stirling, Crafers, Bridgewater, Aldgate, Mount Barker, Littlehampton, Woodside, Lobethal or anywhere else in the Adelaide Hills, come and visit our gallery. Contact us on 0410 481 237 if you’ve got any questions.
